Aerodynamics

The aerodynamics team optimizes performance with cutting-edge aerodynamic components. this team focuses on enhancing downforce, reducing drag, and improving overall Handling. They utilize advanced simulation tools and on-track experiments to analyze each component, ensuring the package is tuned for peak performance.

 

Composites

The composites team develops the lightweight, high-strength aerodynamic and chassis components. this team utilizes a combination of carbon fiber and fiberglass to save weight without compromising safety. Through a blend of hands-on fabrication and theoretical knowledge, they manufacture everything from body panels to structural elements. 

 

Drivetrain

The drivetrain team designs and optimizes the power delivery system from the engine to the wheels. This team manages components from the transmission to the differential, enhancing durability and throttle responsiveness. They analyze the drivetrain's performance to maximize acceleration and driver feel.

Powerplant

The powerplant team is responsible for the engine and associated systems. through engine tuning and elegant packaging solutions, this team ensures a high-performance powerplant system. Rigorous testing allows them to deliver optimal engine output and system reliability, preparing the car for high-speed endurance racing.​

 

Ergonomics

The ergonomics team is dedicated to enhancing driver feel and confidence. This team focuses on designing the pedal box, brake system, and steering controls, ensuring the driver can push the car's limits. By analyzing driver feedback, they work to create an intuitive interface that maximizes Driver responsiveness. 

Electronics

The electronics team integrates the electrical systems that power the car. this team focuses on wiring harness design, data acquisition, and control systems that monitor the vehicle's overall performance. They also manage power distribution to ensure reliability and performance during races.

Chassis

The frame team is tasked with designing and welding the structural backbone of the race car, ensuring it is both lightweight and Safe. This team focuses on creating a chassis that can withstand high-speed racing while providing stability for the driver. they prioritize weight reduction, and collaborate with the other subteams to facilitate the racecar's integration. ​

Suspension

The suspension team enhances the handling and stability of the racecar by using advanced simulations and track testing to analyze the vehicle dynamics. They design the suspension system to balance cornering performance and driver feel, optimizing agility around an autocross track.
